Our refund and cancellation policies
Drizelonauchod offers refunds for language tutoring services under specific circumstances. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service purchase date and before the scheduled lesson has been completed.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@drizelonauchod.world with your purchase details. We will review your request and process eligible refunds within 14 business days.

If approved, refund is processed to your original payment method within 14 business days
Completed lessons, group classes that have already started, and digital materials that have been accessed are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, refunds cannot be issued for services purchased more than 30 days ago.
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
You may cancel scheduled lessons up to 24 hours before the lesson time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the lesson credit.
Cancel with 24+ hours notice for full credit or refund
Cancellation fee may apply or lesson credit may be forfeited
Failure to attend without cancellation results in forfeiture of lesson credit
Lessons can be rescheduled with 24+ hours notice at no additional cost
